MMS PTSO Patrons Program

Each year, the PTSO has been called to provide increasing support to help our school maintain the high standards that we have come to expect at Montford. Last year, with your help, the PTSO donated over $20,000 to the school. Helping to fill the school's budget gaps will allow Montford to maintain an environment where your student will learn, grow and mature. To that end, the Montford PTSO Patrons Program is back. To download our printable Patron's form or to join online, please visit our Patrons Program page »

Afternoon Parent Pick-Up

If you are picking up your child from school in the afternoon, please be mindful of a few things:
  • Please do not park in the front parking lot. This area is restricted to buses.
  • You may park in the parking lot on the west side of the school or stay in the car pick-up line.
  • For those waiting in the pick-up line, please stay in the right lane as you approach the sidewalk by the cafeteria.
  • The left lane should be used for those intending to park in the lot, not to pick up students in line.
  • Pay attention to those motioning you to move your car to the front of the line. We need to keep a steady flow of traffic moving through the area.
  • Please do not block the crosswalk where the crossing guard stands.
  • Students are only allowed to cross at the crosswalk where the guard stands.
  • Students are not allowed to cross and then wait for their ride on the grassy median adjacent to the westernmost parking area.
  • We have several buses that pick up students in Building 3. Do not drive around these buses at any time.
  • Students who have not been picked up by 4:20 are brought to the front of the school.

Please demonstrate common courtesy to other drivers and to those who are in charge of supervision. Student safety is our top priority at Montford Middle School as in all Leon County Schools.
